IHD brings technical expertise and practical design thinking to the systems that determine how a building is experienced: how a room sounds, how a presentation or performance is seen and heard, how guests and residents are kept safe, and how every system stays connected.

We work for the people who commission and shape buildings — developers, owners and operators, architects and engineering consultants — on hotels and resorts, performance venues and events halls, churches, schools, museums, offices and residential towers.

Approach

From discovery to deployment

Roadmaps, system design, integration oversight and lifecycle support. Every project begins with thorough analysis and ends with verification.

Phase 01
Discovery & analysis
Owner requirements, site and space analysis, risk assessment and acoustic surveys establish what each system must achieve.
Phase 02
Design & documentation
System design supported by measurement data, simulation and 3D modeling, coordinated in BIM/CAD and documented in drawings and specifications for tender.
Phase 03
Tender & integration oversight
Technical review of contractor proposals against the specification, then oversight alongside architects, engineers and installers through construction.
Phase 04
Commissioning & handover
Verification testing, system documentation and training, followed by lifecycle support as technology needs evolve.
